The latest buzz going on in affiliate marketing has to do with the impending release of Saj P’s latest online venture.  On Tuesday, December 16th, Saj P will be releasing The Site Rush.

This is Saj P’s first solo venture, but you may be familiar with his name from two products he released in a joint venture with Alex Goad, Four Tier Annihilation and Affiliate Payload.  Both of those products shot to the top of Clickbank sales list, and I expect the same from this product.

This product revolves around the concept of site flipping, similar to what people are familiar to when it comes to flipping houses.  When you flip a house, you look for a property with some potential, buy it as cheap as you can, and then take some time and effort to improve the house.  Once you’ve finished that process, it’s time to put the house back on the market at a much higher price and "flip" it for a large profit.

The concept is quite the same.  It involves finding a piece of "virtual real estate" (an established website) and buying it at a very reasonable price.   From there, the concept is to "fix" it up, clean up the content, and monetize the site.  Once the site is established a money maker, you then look to sell the site to an interested buyer.
